Sean Guthrie & Roads to Siam
Sean - Director / writer Karen's younger brother - wrote the Bata-ville bus themes, and recorded them with his band Roads to Siam which also features Chris Grove on drums and Karen's older brother Mark (formerly of The Supernaturals) on bass.
Additional Glasgow-based musicians also took part, including pedal guitarist Dave McGowan and Glasgow band Belle & Sebastian's Stevie Jackson who plays mouth organ on the closing theme - a version of Joni Mitchell's Urge for Going.
